'Health is a stat that determines how vital a creature is. Whenever a creature is attacked, it loses an amount of health. After having lost too much health, the creature dies. A creature's Defense determines how much health is lost relative to the attack's strength.
Health can be regained through Regeneration or Henchman Healing. Rex Chance and Lucy Willing also can do it by Garrisonning.
