Poison Bite, Poison Sting and Poison Tip are abilities introduced in Tellurian that replace the original Poison. They are both identical in effect to Poison, but the difference is the limbs on which they are located. As one would guess, Poison Bite is found on the head and Poison Sting on the tail. In essence, splitting Poison into these two abilities does not really make any difference in-game.
